Hewlett-Packard has reported that its Compaq Notebook divison is going to launch an Android netbook named Compaq AirLife 100. The Hewlett Packard’s newest smartbook has just received approval from the FCC and it’s specs of course leaked quickly through the FCC website revealing quite a capable smartbook that might have Tablet-like curves and contours.
Compaq AirLife 100 sets to launch at MWC 2010 in Barcelona. It seems to has an excellent specifications that features Bluetooth EDR, 802.11b/g WiFi, dual-band HSDPA 3G and dual-band GSM/GPRS/Edge connectivity which is quite a lot of options to choose from. Aside from the several ways the device could connect wirelessly, it also features an ARM-based processor which we could only assume would be the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon especially because they were aiming to release a non-x86 CPU.
